FAMILY FIRST: Water at the beach? Fun. Water in tubs? Not so much.

Isn't it funny how some kids absolutely, posi-tively hate bath time? I've been waiting for more than a decade for my three children to outgrow this weird aversion, but so far, no luck. It's uncanny how kids who love water (swimming, playing in the hose, and getting wet all day long), are the same kids who balk, avoid and bemoan taking a bath at the end of the day. Brushy Creek MUD disc golf course gains popularity

The Liberty Walk greenbelt is the home to an 18-hole disc golf course, and this state-of-the-art course sees a lot of activity during warm summer days. The course is near the hike and bike trail that extends from Cat Hollow Park to O'Connor Drive. Friday, July 30, 2010
